ky666 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using ky666. By accessing the platform you agree to be bound by all rules set out below.

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ky666 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, promotions and features available at ky666.bio. ky666 is an online gaming platform operated for the entertainment of eligible adult players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet or continuing to use the ky666 platform after any update to these T&C, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must cease using the platform immediately.

These T&C are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the English original, the English text shall prevail. ky666 reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time by posting updated terms on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Eligibility

Access to ky666 is restricted. Please read the following eligibility criteria carefully before registering.

  1. 1.1You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. ky666 does not permit access to minors under any circumstances. By registering you confirm that you are 21 years old or older.
  2. 1.2You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Registrations made on behalf of another person, or using false or third-party identity information, are strictly prohibited.
  3. 1.3Employees, contractors, agents and immediate family members of ky666, its technology providers, game suppliers and payment partners are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in promotions.
  4. 1.4ky666 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account that does not meet these criteria. Funds held in ineligible accounts will be returned to the registered payment method after applicable verification checks are completed.

2. Account Registration and Security

Players must register a single personal account with accurate information. The following rules govern account creation and maintenance.

  1. 2.1Each person may register only one account on ky666. Holding multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being permanently closed and any associated balances being forfeited.
  2. 2.2You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number during registration. This number serves as your login credential, your primary identity verification contact and the channel through which OTP security codes and withdrawal confirmations are sent. It must remain active and in your possession at all times.
  3. 2.3You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ky666 login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. ky666 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
  4. 2.4ky666 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal. KYC documents typically include a copy of a government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.
  5. 2.5ky666 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including accounts that are inactive for more than 12 consecutive months, accounts associated with fraudulent activity, and accounts where the holder is found to be ineligible under clause 1 above. Where an account is closed, any unused real-money balance will be returned to the registered payment method following identity verification.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

ky666 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals made through all accepted payment methods.

  1. 3.1Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and Visa and Mastercard cards. The minimum single deposit is ৳100. ky666 does not impose a maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
  2. 3.2Deposits are credited to your ky666 wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. ky666 does not charge a deposit processing fee. In the rare event of a delayed deposit, please contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number and deposit amount.
  3. 3.3Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (payment source matching). This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect your funds. ky666 reserves the right to require alternative withdrawal routing under verified exceptional circumstances.
  4. 3.4Withdrawal requests for fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within 10 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests submitted during periods of high traffic or system maintenance may take up to 24 hours. ky666 charges zero withdrawal fees.
  5. 3.5Funds deposited into your ky666 account may only be used for gameplay on the ky666 platform. Depositing funds and immediately withdrawing them without any gameplay activity is not permitted and may be treated as an attempt to exploit the payment infrastructure. ky666 reserves the right to decline such withdrawals pending investigation.

ky666 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. All transactions are monitored. Accounts associated with suspicious financial activity will be flagged, suspended and reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

ky666 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh and BPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.

  1. 4.1Bonuses are credited to your ky666 account automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions (e.g. making a first deposit of a specified minimum amount). Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds and may only be converted to withdrawable cash after the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
  2. 4.2Wagering requirements (rollover) specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as detailed per offer) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. Bets placed on certain game types (e.g. low-margin table game strategies) may not count or may count at a reduced rate toward meeting wagering requirements.
  3. 4.3ky666 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may be removed from accounts that have not met the minimum play-through activity within the stated validity period.
  4. 4.4Players found to be abusing bonuses — including through coordinated multi-account wagering, exploiting technical errors, or placing offsetting bets designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome — will have bonuses voided, winnings forfeited and their account suspended or closed.

5. Responsible Gaming

ky666 is committed to the welfare of its players and provides tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from within your account settings after login.

  1. 5.1Players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly), loss limits, session time limits and cooling-off periods directly from their account settings. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the new limit applies.
  2. 5.2Players who wish to take a longer break may activate self-exclusion through their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent account closure. 6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ky666. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities.

  1. 6.1Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other software to interact with the ky666 platform in a manner not intended for human players is prohibited. Any winnings generated through automated play are void and will be forfeited.
  2. 6.2Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, game errors, display errors or any technical malfunction for financial gain is prohibited. Any winnings arising from an identified error may be voided at ky666's discretion, and the player may be required to return any funds received as a result.
  3. 6.3Collusion between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage, whether in live casino games, poker (where offered) or sports betting (through information sharing or coordinated betting patterns), is prohibited and constitutes fraud.
  4. 6.4Using the ky666 platform for any form of money laundering — including structuring deposits to avoid detection, using third-party payment sources, or attempting to transfer funds between accounts — is strictly prohibited and will be reported to financial crime authorities.

ky666 employs real-time fraud detection and account monitoring systems. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately and investigated. If the investigation confirms a violation, the account will be closed, funds forfeited and, where appropriate, the matter referred to law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on ky666.bio — including but not limited to software, code, graphics, imagery, logos, text, game interfaces, audio and video content — is owned by or licensed to ky666 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any ky666 content without prior written permission.

The ky666 brand name, logo and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of ky666. Unauthorised use of the ky666 brand, including in third-party advertising, affiliate marketing without a signed agreement, or domain name registration, is prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ky666 limits its liability as set out in the clauses below. Nothing in these T&C excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct by ky666.

  1. 8.1ky666 is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, interruption of service, technical failures, third-party payment delays or any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform, even if ky666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  2. 8.2Where a game malfunction, mis-quote of odds, technical error or system failure results in an erroneous payout, ky666 reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the account balance to its accurate pre-error state. ky666 will notify affected players by email within 72 hours of identifying such an error.
  3. 8.3ky666's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

ky666 reserves the right to update or amend these T&C at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date shown at the top of this page. Where a change significantly affects player rights or obligations, we will also send a notification to your registered mobile number or email address at least 7 days before the change takes effect, where reasonably practicable.

It is your responsibility to review these T&C periodically. Your continued use of ky666 after the updated T&C are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
